This is part of the series of the illustrations I'm doing for the Illustration class.

I've chosen to illustrate an Egyptian Fairytale (lol surprise). In this picture, Djehuty (aka Thoth) is summoning a vengeful spirit to be sent to the prick who has stolen his precious book of Magic.


in the story, it isn't told exactly what kind of spirit is evoked. Though, from an another egyptian tale, I could know that gryphons are the istrument of divine revenge/justice of Ra. so Here you are. Hope you like :D
